Generally, we do not repeat any dish for at least a month. Our team constantly works and researches to bring out as many variations as possible to be served.

Base cuisine would generally be Punjabi, but we constantly keep changing our menu by adding lot of different flavours and cuisine in menu such as Gujrati, Maharashtrian, South Indian, Rajasthani, etc.

No, Customers do not need to provide any Tiffin box. We pack all meals in Disposable food grade containers. Which can be used and disposed off in dry recyclable waste bin.

Yes, Customers can pause or stop their tiffin service at any period by a prior notice. Any amount required to be refunded will be arranged within 3 working days.

Customers can make their cancellations by informing us over Phone or a SMS/WhatsApp. It is important to cancel before the Cut-off time, which is 10pm a night before for Lunch and 2pm same day for Dinner.

Payments for the Tiffin service can be made through various channels such as NEFT / Paytm/ BHIM UPI/ Google Pay/ Cash Collection, etc and many other ways.

NO. We strictly follow Sattvic principles of cooking. Our kitchen is purely a vegetarian kitchen. We are amongst the very few Tiffin service providers in Mumbai who are only offering vegetarian meals.

For lunch we can deliver all over Mumbai. Lunch delivery is via the Dabbawala Mama, so all areas in Mumbai where they deliver the tiffin is possible. For providing tiffin services for dinner, only the areas between Churchgate to Dadar is feasible.

Generally, all Lunch meals will be delivered between 11am to 1pm(approximately) and Dinners between 7pm to 9pm(approximately).

Delivery charge for Tiffin Service all over the Mumbai is 600/per month. This charge belongs to the dabbawala mama, to whom the logistics are outsourced. Dabbawala will charge full 600rs for delivery irrespective of the number of meals delivered with in a month.

Currently as of now we do provide meals suitable to eat on fasting days as a part of tiffin service but only during Ekadasi Fast, but this has to be informed well in advance.

We at Jagannath’s Kitchen use only Rice Bran or Refined Sunflower oil for cooking all our meals for tiffin service.

We believe it will not do justice to our meal in just one day. To understand our quality, quantity and variations of the tiffin service it is important to at least try the services for 3 days. Therefore, we have kept a trail plan of our tiffin service for 3 days.
